Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. If you
upgrade, the change is instant. If you downgrade, the new rate will apply at the start
of your next billing cycle.
No. Our plans offer a set allowance (Essentials) or unlimited obituaries
(Professional/Enterprise). There are absolutely no hidden per-obituary fees or "credits"
to buy.
We believe memorials should be permanent. If you cancel your subscription, your existing
published memorial pages will remain online for at least one year. You will lose the
ability to create new ones or edit existing ones.
No. Memorial pages are public (unless you unpublish them). Families and friends can view
photos, read the obituary, and sign the guestbook without ever creating an account.
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for all data. We do not sell your data, and we
do not use your private client data to train our AI models.
Currently, you can copy-paste existing text into our editor to generate a memorial page,
but we do not yet support bulk import from other systems. This feature is on our
roadmap.
