By accessing or using ObituaryCraft ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ObituaryCraft provides AI-assisted obituary generation and memorial page hosting for funeral professionals. The Service includes obituary drafting, memorial page creation, photo uploads, and guestbook management.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including obituary text, biographical information, and uploaded photos. By using the Service, you grant ObituaryCraft a limited license to host, display, and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

5. AI-Generated Content

Obituary drafts generated by our AI are suggestions only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publication. ObituaryCraft is not liable for the accuracy of AI-generated text.

6. Content Moderation

You are responsible for moderating guestbook entries on memorial pages you manage. You agree to remove content that is abusive, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate. ObituaryCraft reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ObituaryCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data before account deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
